Holding 12, dark chocolate neapolitans made from the Porcelana cocoa bean, a genetically pure strain of the Criollo cocoa bean. This prized Porcelana cocoa provides a refined, non-acidic and nutty flavour with notes of caramel. The Amedei Porcelana chocolate is extremely rare and Amedei produce a limited amount of Porcelana bars each year. The Porcelana is so special that each of the boxes is numbered.
